About DMD Group

DMD Group is a Florida-based project development consulting company providing support for residential and commercial projects in Florida and across the United States.

We help clients define projects, document existing conditions and project information, and coordinate the people, documents, requirements, and decisions needed to move projects forward.

Our work supports projects from early research and planning through documentation, design coordination, permitting, preconstruction, and construction support—providing clients with a central point of project coordination throughout the applicable stages of their project.

Project Development — helping define the project through research, feasibility considerations, requirements, scope development, and establishing a path forward.

Project Documentation — documenting existing conditions and organizing the measurements, photographs, digital records, drawings, and supporting information needed for the project.

Project Coordination — coordinating project participants, information, requirements, questions, permitting activities, preconstruction activities, and construction support within the agreed project scope.

One Project Team

Successful projects require the experience and participation of many different professionals.

DMD Group coordinates project teams tailored to each assignment, working with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, specialty consultants, vendors, and permitting authorities as required by the project.

DMD Group does not provide licensed architectural or engineering services. When those services are required, we coordinate with the appropriate licensed project professionals.

By maintaining communication and organizing the flow of project information, we help provide continuity between the different people and organizations responsible for moving the project forward.

Technology-Enabled Documentation

Understanding existing conditions is often one of the first challenges of an addition, renovation, redevelopment, or existing-property project.

DMD Group utilizes interactive 3D scanning and digital documentation technologies, along with field measurements, photographs, existing records, and other project information, to help establish a clear record of existing conditions.

These documentation methods can support residential and commercial renovations, additions, tenant improvements, redevelopment, acquisitions, capital improvements, and other projects where reliable existing-condition information is important.
