Float Solar Initiative – Nuevo León, Mexico

Located in Nuevo León, a region recognized for innovation and overcoming infrastructure challenges through forward-thinking partnerships, this sustainability initiative explored floating solar technology designed to support renewable energy generation while helping protect critical reservoir resources. In collaboration with Energon Solar, Solar EPC, and Float Solar technologies, the project evaluated innovative water-surface solar systems intended to reduce evaporation loss, preserve millions of gallons of water annually, and support long-term sustainability objectives.

Truckee Heights Apartments – Sparks, Nevada

A sustainability-focused workforce multifamily community supported through project development and coordination efforts involving renewable energy planning, solar canopy initiatives, and future-focused residential infrastructure strategies. Developed with an emphasis on long-term community value, energy-conscious planning, and enhanced resident experience, the initiative explored sustainability opportunities designed to support workforce housing objectives while promoting efficient and resilient community development.

Buffalo Thunder
Pojoaque Phillips 66 Gas Station & Convenience Store
Santa Fe, New Mexico

A sustainability-focused mobility initiative showcasing future-ready EV infrastructure at the Buffalo Thunder Pojoaque Phillips 66 Gas Station & Convenience Store in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The project included the installation of two NovaCHARGE Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations, supporting growing electric vehicle adoption and expanding charging accessibility for travelers and the surrounding community. Through collaborative efforts with Innervations AES, the initiative supported long-term transportation infrastructure goals and future-focused mobility solutions.

Crossroads at Solara – North Carolina

Crossroads at Solara is a forward-looking workforce community design concept developed to explore a new approach to residential living through sustainability, connectivity, and long-term community value. Planned for the beautiful state of North Carolina, the concept was envisioned to support growing workforce housing needs while creating a future-ready environment centered around quality of life and energy-conscious planning.

The design concept explored approximately 150 residential homes integrated with community-focused amenities, including walking paths, bicycle trails, solar lighting features, gathering spaces, and renewable energy opportunities. Sustainability initiatives included concepts for neighborhood and residential solar integration, battery storage technologies, and innovative energy strategies intended to support long-term resiliency.

Imperial Village Apartments – EV Charging Hub

Sustainability & Mobility Initiative

Imperial Village Apartments explored a future-focused EV charging hub initiative designed to support evolving transportation trends and growing electric vehicle adoption. Through sustainability-driven project development and coordination efforts, the initiative evaluated opportunities to integrate accessible charging infrastructure intended to enhance resident convenience, support long-term property value, and encourage energy-conscious community development. Through collaborative efforts with Innervations AES and Suncoast Power Solutions, the project explored future-ready mobility and energy infrastructure opportunities designed to support evolving community needs and long-term sustainability objectives.

Harbour Cay Apartments – EV Charging Hub

Sustainability & Mobility Initiative

Harbour Cay Apartments explored future-ready community infrastructure initiatives supported through project development and coordination efforts focused on long-term property resilience and resident support. The initiative evaluated opportunities involving electrical infrastructure enhancements, backup power strategies, and emerging technologies designed to strengthen operational continuity and support evolving community needs. Through collaborative efforts with Innervations AES and Tampa Bay Solar Solutions, the project explored sustainability and resiliency opportunities intended to enhance long-term community value and support future-focused infrastructure initiatives.
